Lesson 12 – Last and Final Feet

  1. Sit comfortably at the edge of the chair.
  2. Sense & Feel your feet on the floor and your sitting bones on the chair.
  3. Pay attention to your peripheral vision on your out breath.
  4. Begining with your RIGHT HAND first…imagine makingĀ  circle with your right thumb as if it goes up and around to touch your inner forearm and circles back to the starting position. Do this 5 times.
  5. The repeat the thumb circles 5 times in the opposite direction in your imagination.
  6. Now Sense & Feel your feet and your legs for a minute or more.
  7. Where in your body has changed the most?
  8. Repeat these thumb movements on your LEFT HAND.
  9. Again – Sense & Feel your feet on the floor…your legs on the floor.
  10. Where in your body has changed the most?

Finally, move the sensations you feel at your feet to another area of your body – an area of your abdomen or an area of reduced mobility or discomfort.
